GALVANIZED STEEL COIL COATING LINE Color coated plate is usually produced by painting or binding an organic film on the surface of cold rolled plate or coated plate after surface treatment and solidification. The coating of color-coated plate has good anti-corrosion performance and could be used on various purposes. Color coated plate has good formability and is convenient for subsequent working. It can avoid the pollution to environment in the subsequent process so it is an environment protection product. As the paints can be variational, color coated plate has an excellent decorative effect with novel and bright colors. With these advantages, color coated plate is widely used in construction ,household electrical appliances、light industry and transportation. It is an ideal composed material and has an extensive market prospect. With the rapid development of the information technology and computer technology and industry control technology, automatic continuous producing line become the main means of painting of the metal plate (coil) at current stage. The key factors of good quality are rational producing line and superior performances of equipment. Roll painting process has low pollution, stable quality, uniform formation and excellent performances, which is widely used in the production of color coated plate. The main reason for the rapid development of color-coated plate is that it can bring good economic benefits and adapt for the social economic development. Firstly, the traditional final product painting process has been changed to the continuous painting process on the raw material, which could be convenient for surface treatment and control of coating quality and can avoid that the coating defect in the corner of dead angle of the ribs. Secondly, the efficiency of the high-speed processing line is much higher than that of the final product painting line. Thirdly, During the solidification of painting,the strip passes through the furnace, the utilization ratio of the furnace of continuous painting line is higher than that of the final product painting line. The solvent volatilized during the solidification can be collected and transported to the combustion furnace and the heat could be recycled. Its total energy consumption is only 1/5 to 1/6 of that of the final product painting line. Finally, the waste from the process is convenient to handle; for instance, the content of organic solvent inside the waste gas from the solidification furnace is less than 0.005% after combustion treatment, while it is hard for the relatively small scale furnace on the final product painting line to reach such a level.
